1. Introduction and Acceptance

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, ras4d requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You must submit valid identity documentation including a government-issued ID card (KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, and a selfie photograph holding your ID card.

Your account functionality may be limited until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within thirty (30) days may result in account suspension and return of your balance minus any bonus funds.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

4.1 User Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify ras4d of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerabilities in our games or systems.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ras4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary based on your VIP tier and may be adjusted at our discretion.

All deposits must originate from a financial account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not matching your KYC documentation will be returned minus any processing fees, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of all pending transactions and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and you must create a new account if you wish to use the Service again in the future.

12.2 Termination by ras4d

ras4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, violation of responsible gaming policies, or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Service or comply with legal obligations.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, all pending bets will be settled according to their original terms, and any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ras4d. Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account termination for breach of Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
